The noise from trams was unbearable!!! Some rooms were disappointingly small, making family stays quite cramped. the lift issues meant navigating outside the hotel – not ideal carrying luggage!!!

Cozy room, friendly staff, the cozy atmosphere made my stay enjoyable, with quick access to explore the nearby attractions just a 1.5 km walk away and great breakfast options including fresh fruit and a variety of hot dishes.

The full-body and foot massages offered were just what I needed after long days out exploring. the shower pressure was a bit low.

The restaurant was undergoing refurbishment, leaving me to rely on local recommendations for meals. while I had requested a room near the lift due to mobility issues, I was placed on the fifth floor, so getting back to my room after a long day involved navigating stairs. the Wi-Fi connection was spotty and could be unreliable at times.
