I had a perfect stay at this great looking and beautifully decorated hotel. The breakfast here was lovely and very very good with scrambled eggs and meats. The location was excellent and unbeatable, near to church's museums, the Old Town center within 8 minutes, and the main square which is beautiful.

The hotel was just at the perfect location. Couple of min to Market sqr. Room was big enough for 3 people and it was quite and suny. The breakfast was very nice.

Very polite personnel. Brand new, everything worked well. Breakfast room is in the basement but it is beautifully designed. Breakfast was nicely put out and there was plenty of stuff to choose from - very pleasant to start the morning from the breakfast room. Enjoyed also the quietness of the hotel at night, all the rooms face a green backyard. Spacious, nicely decorated double room. 10 minutes walk to the centre of the old town, tramline passes the hotel.

The hotel was nicely situated near the centre of Kracow, great for walking around the castle and shops and back again. The staff were helpfull and spoke good English, which was very usefull as we had never been to Poland before. There was a place to have a masage and body treatment but I didn't try this service out as my wife and I were only there two days and spent most of it looking around. The breakfast was ok, the usual case of help yourself. The wifi was free and easy to access, which was really handy when looking up information and staying connected to folks back home. I would definately use this hotel again.

Convenient and lively spot, lots going on around here. the building is top-notch and the rooms have AC, along with a cool bar! 🌟

Despite its location close to the city centre Hotel Maksymilian is a very quiet place = 2 plusses! Other plusses were the friendly staff and the good breakfast.

The location was marvellous, really close to Main Market Square. And it was also really close to the shop nearby. The breakfast was gorgeous with vegetarians well catered for and the food was well presented.

The room had a kettle and a sofa, which was great. the hotel is in a perfect location. the breakfast was very good with warm options, and the staff were exceptionally nice. the food was reasonably priced.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Comfortable, clean, big room. We arrived six hours before check-in, hoping to just dump our bags, but they just let us into our room there and then - which was much appreciated after 10 hours on a night train! Great hotel, helpful staff and a really central location with no noise.

Double bed was small-duvet did not cover all bed. Had to ask for second pillow.

In UK/Ireland this is a 2 star hotel & not a 3 star hotel. The buffet breakfast is basic, with diluted orange instead of real orange juice for example. Also, there was no fruit salads. The hotel has been refurbished recently but Walls are thin as noise can be heard from next door rooms. Also, shower head in shower in my room did not work, I had to hold shower head when having a shower

The location to the city centre is excellent, it is easy to get around. The staff were helpful and friendly. As a single mature traveller, I couldn't have found a better hotel.

Would have liked a tv with some satelite channels or pay to view films. Only English speaking channel bbc and Al Jazerra News.
